We are a small but mighty branding agency on a mission to help our clients expand their impact through holistic brand strategy, thoughtful brand identity, and engaging web design. We craft brand experiences that are intentional, aligned, and meaningful — and we’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator who’s eager to be part of this work.

In this role, you will focus on executing marketing plans and activities — managing timelines, implementing content, and keeping projects moving — all based on the strategy and direction set by the founder. While we welcome your fresh energy, creativity, and attention to detail, you will not be responsible for high-level marketing decisions or strategy development. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on taking initiative, staying organized, and ensuring plans are carried out smoothly. You’ll play a key role in implementing the agency’s marketing efforts, ensuring our brand presence is strong, consistent, and aligned with our mission.

about the role

  • Coordinate and implement the agency’s marketing activities across channels (social media, email marketing, blog, partnerships, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the founder to translate high-level strategy into actionable marketing plans
  • Draft and schedule social media posts, newsletters, blog content, and other outreach materials
  • Track and analyze marketing metrics, providing regular updates and insights
  • Help organize and promote events, workshops, or webinars when applicable
  • Research industry trends and innovative tactics to keep our agency’s marketing fresh and forward-thinking
  • Maintain consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity across all platforms
  • Manage marketing calendars and ensure deadlines are met

Key Responsibilities

  • 1–3 years of marketing experience (agency experience is a plus, but not required)
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
  • A self-starter mindset: you take ownership of your projects and bring fresh ideas to the table
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (like Pinterest and Instagram), email marketing platforms (like Flodesk, and basic content creation tools (like Canva or Adobe Suite)
  • A passion for branding, design, and the power of storytelling
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Alignment with our mission to help women-owned, purpose-driven brands expand their impact

How to Apply
